From Slow Food to Slow Money?

My understanding of this philosophy is similar to "buy local" campaign that the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture launched a few years ago. There is, of course, more to it. One of the leaders of the movement is Woody Tasch, a former venture capitalist, who testing a new concept he calls "Nurture Capital".
